About the Event
Parenting children with anxiety can be difficult, especially when you don’t know how to help. During this support group you will better understand anxiety, learn to identify the triggers, develop some helpful coping strategies, and know when to reach out for progressional help. You’ll also discover that your kid is not the only one struggling!
