TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
Humility is one of the supreme acts of faith in the Bible. Humility means to have very little confidence in ourselves, but having the utmost confidence in God. Humility is realizing that every blessing in your life did not emanate from your great talent, ability, wisdom, and vision, but anything you have comes from the Lord. Humility bows in awe and says as David said in today’s scripture, “Who am I?”
II Samuel 7:18
Then King David went in and sat before the LORD, and he said: “Who am I, Sovereign LORD, and what is my family, that you have brought me this far?
