TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
Even in our technological society with its many ways of meeting remotely, there is still something special about a physical meeting that completes a relationship. Television, radio, phones, and the Internet provide amazing and efficient ways to communicate. And in our scripture passage for today, even a letter had its limitations. Only a face to face meeting could complete John’s joy.
II John 1:12b
I hope to visit you and talk with you face to face, so that our joy may be complete.
