Our scripture verse for today is thousands of years old but has been confirmed by medical science. Having joy, hope, and expectation is good for your health! Incidences of heart disease, cancer, depression, and other debilitating illnesses are much less prevalent in those who are content. And, even when disease or injury appears, those with positivity recover more successfully. Conversely those with despair are injured and ruined. And…that’s what the Bible says!
